At Levi’s® Australia, we want you to love your denim; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your unworn garments into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
Ship via Australia Post
Affix the pre-paid or generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post office or red street posting box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
